1. Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the judicious processing and careful storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section is essential for manufacturing premium quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, integrating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another pivotal section, key to the production of high-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section fabricates the requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, merging manual (automatic) hanging mesh with the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this segment, the mold frame containing the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car for exact side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the body is managed by a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing steps.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are directed into the autoclave tank for uniform pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After undergoing autoclaving, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using sophisticated packaging and conveying equipment.
