AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the fundamental realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously refine superior raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial segment is devoted to the accurate processing and systematic safekeeping of our essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the core of our operations, propelling the production of premium-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the central hub of our production process, essential for fabricating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This is where we construct the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing manual and automatic mesh hanging, combined with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical slices carve the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body is managed with meticulous care by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable results.
Once perfectly cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo an elaborate process of sorting, palletizing, and meticulous packing. They are then skillfully transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.
