1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential ingredients.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
This section focuses on creating steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, handling both manual and automatic hanging of meshes, and facilitating the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core section essential for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the crafting of steel meshes (mesh cages) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, inclusive of manual (automatic) hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame containing the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, ensuring perfect shapes.
Post-cutting, the body undergoes removal and recycling of corner waste, facilitated by the ground turning table.
Subsequently, the blank body is arranged by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are methodically sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, managed by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
The autoclaved products are then carefully extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transferred to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
