1.Raw Material Processing Section

In the dynamic world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we pride ourselves on the meticulous selection and processing of essential raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.

Within this vital section, we expertly handle the processing and storage of these critical raw materials, ensuring the foundation of quality and excellence.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section stands as the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.

Here, we skillfully craft the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic processes for optimal mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

This section serves as another cornerstone in our production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It is expertly designed to facilitate the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for concrete plates, with manual and automatic mechanisms to ensure effective mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting section

In this section, the process begins with the mold frame, carrying the billet body, being demudded by a specialized turning crane. The billet is then placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.

Our ground turning table expertly handles the cut body, ensuring the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste for sustainability.
Post waste extraction, our sophisticated marshalling crane, alongside the marshalling ferry car, completes the blank body assembly with precision.

5.Autoclaving section

With precision, the assembled concrete cakes are guided into the autoclaves by a robust traction mechanism and a ferry cart, where they undergo rigorous pressure maintenance for ultimate durability.

Our ferry cart then extracts the autoclave-cured products, meticulously transporting them to the finished product packaging section, ready for the world.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Freshly steamed and perfected, our cakes are diligently sorted, palletized, and packed. With state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, they are swiftly transported to the storage yard, ready to meet the demands of our valued customers.
