1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for fabricating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is produced, including manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the precise production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is vital for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with billet body, undergoes demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the product.
The cut body is managed by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are directed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclave and the ferry cart preceding it.
Post autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
