1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the intricacies of the autoclaved aerated coagulation process, where each step transforms high-quality raw materials-sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste)-into the building blocks of innovation.
This crucial section is committed to the meticulous handling and organized storage of vital raw materials, ensuring the foundation of excellence in every batch.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the powerhouse of our operations, this section orchestrates the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the stage for top-tier product performance.
Within this core operation, we skillfully produce essential steel meshes (mesh cages) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, deftly integrating both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, alongside an impeccable automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the nucleus of our manufacturing process, playing a pivotal role in crafting premium quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we meticulously create the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) integral for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing a blend of manual and automatic mesh hanging, and ensuring smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this critical phase, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, securely supported by the side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car to undergo precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts, shaping the product to perfection.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, elegantly finalizing the cut body with precision and care.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed with expert precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring the highest quality results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With unmatched precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where constant pressure ensures a flawless finish.
Once curing is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and seamlessly moved to the finished product packaging section, ensuring a smooth transition to the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging triumphantly from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and expertly packed. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment facilitates their effortless transportation to the storage yard, maintaining quality at every step.
