1. Raw Material Processing Section

The primary ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (often fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).

This crucial section handles the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This segment serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

Here, the vital steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, involving manual or automated mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

This pivotal section anchors the production of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the durable concrete plates, with options for both manual and automatic mesh hanging and efficient frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

Billet bodies within mold frames are demudded via crane rotation. The blank body, with side plates, is positioned on the cutting car, achieving precise product molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

The ground turning table completes the cut body, facilitating the removal and recycling of corner waste seamlessly.
Post waste removal, the blank body undergoes final consolidation by the marshalling crane and ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this stage, the assembled cakes are expertly placed into tanks for consistent pressure maintenance via a traction mechanism and ferry cart, poised in front of the autoclaves.

Post-curing, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the packaging section for a flawless finish.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After exiting the autoclave, the cakes are diligently sorted, expertly palletized, packaged, and smoothly conveyed to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
