1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (or aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the processing and storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) needed for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates are fabricated. This includes manual (or automatic) hanging of meshes and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating steel meshes (mesh cages) necessary for the plates, along with manual (or automatic) hanging and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is loaded with the billet body, it is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cutting complete the product shaping.
Any waste left after cutting is removed and recycled using a ground turning table, ensuring optimal resource use.
The cleaned blank body is then efficiently handled by the marshalling crane and the ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Pre-assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted using the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
