1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), we utilize a blend of high-quality raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This critical section is designated for the meticulous processing and storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section stands as the core component for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring peak efficiency and precision.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC slabs. This process involves manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It plays a vital role in creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for AAC slabs, facilitating manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet body is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing both the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Upon completion of the autoclaving process, the cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
