AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation, the raw materials are meticulously chosen, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This integral section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This pivotal section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring seamless operations.
Here, we skillfully craft the precisely required steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, complemented by an advanced automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section serves as the core for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging with an automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The meticulous mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via the crane's gentle turn, followed by placing the blank body and side plate on the cutting car. Here, the exquisite cutting and molding of the product are achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical precision cutting.
The expertly cut body is then processed by the ground-turning table, ensuring efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Once the waste is expertly removed, the blank body undergoes completion with the marshalling crane and the swift marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are smoothly transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart position before the autoclaves.
Upon completing the autoclave curing process, the products are expertly extracted and delivered to the finished product packaging section by the efficient ferry cart.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once gracefully steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. With precision, they are transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
