1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted for the concrete plates, with manual (automatic) hanging and automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section plays a crucial role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is fabricated, manual (automatic) mesh hanging is performed, and automated circulation of the assembly frame is managed.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by turning the crane, then placed on the cutting car for side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve precise product molding.
The cut body is refined through the ground turning table, removing and recycling any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and transported by the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure curing by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are moved by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
