1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the pivotal core for the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process involves both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This phase is crucial for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is responsible for the creation of the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, along with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is de-mudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.
Once cut, the product is handled with a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car to ensure orderly completion.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are retrieved by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
