1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, *** (aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This segment represents the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab manufacturing process.
Here, we focus on crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section remains pivotal in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It specializes in creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, ensuring efficient manual (automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
Through a meticulous process, the mold frame with the billet body undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for optimal product formation.
The cut body undergoes ground turning to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to streamline the process.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the autoclave tank for sustained pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring high-quality curing.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring they are ready for prompt distribution.
