1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these vital raw materials, ensuring their optimal condition for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It incorporates both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the perfect formation of the product.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body and side plate are then placed on the cutting car for exact side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring thorough curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in perfect condition.
