1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is devoted to the meticulous processing and precise storage of all raw materials, ensuring unparalleled quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section is indispensable for producing premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing structural integrity and longevity.
This section manufactures the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh alongside seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A vital section, essential for producing superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs by ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions.
This section manufactures the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
