AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundational ingredients essential for the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others. These materials are carefully selected to ensure the superior quality of the end product.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of raw materials, setting the stage for seamless production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section represents the heart of the production line, where the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs takes shape.
Within this section, state-of-the-art technology is employed to fabricate the steel mesh (mesh cage) integral to the autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automated processes for hanging mesh and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section is the core hub of production for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring each piece meets our stringent quality standards.
Here, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is conducted. Both manual and automatic hanging mesh processes are utilized, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes a precise demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the desired product molding.
The final cutting process is completed using the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, contributing to a sustainable production environment.
Once waste removal is completed, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this section, the assembled cakes are expertly navigated into the autoclave tank for precise pressure maintenance. Utilizing the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, they enter the autoclave, ensuring optimal curing conditions.
After being expertly cured within the autoclave, the products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next step.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes enter the classification and packaging phase. Here, they are sorted, palletized, and packed using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, then transported to the storage yard, ready for dispatch.
