AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Within this section, the foundational materials for creating autoclaved aerated coagulation are meticulously prepared. Typically, these include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.
This vital stage is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of all essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section stands at the heart of manufacturing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring high-quality output.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for creating strong autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process also involves the manual or automatic hanging of mesh and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame, enhancing efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As another core phase in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section ensures precision and quality.
In this phase, we fabricate the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It involves both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the efficient circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame carrying the billet body is deftly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car to undergo thorough side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, shaping the product with precision.
The expertly cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, minimizing material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is skillfully completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring smooth continuity in the production line.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this stage, the assembled cakes are guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism positioned before the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the finished products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transitioned to the packaging section, ready for the next steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following their release from the autoclave, the cakes undergo sorting, palletization, and packing. They are then smoothly transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
