AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the vital ingredients consist of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others. These materials form the bedrock of our innovative building solutions.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of our raw materials, ensuring a seamless transition into the subsequent stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, driving the entire process forward with precision and reliability.
Serving as a hub for crafting the vital steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section expertly handles manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and supports the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the core of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation and efficiency converge to transform raw materials into high-quality products.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted, with manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame ensuring optimal production flow.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, complete with the billet body, is deftly demudded using a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body and side plate are gracefully transferred onto the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve immaculate product molding.
The cut body, having undergone expert handling by the ground turning table, allows for the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, achieving both sustainability and precision.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is meticulously managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring flawless transport and alignment in the production sequence.
5. Autoclaving Section
Through the synchronized efforts of our traction mechanism and ferry cart, assembled cakes are gracefully introduced into the tank, where they undergo a critical phase of constant pressure maintenance within the autoclaves.
Upon completing the curing process, the autoclave-treated products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart, then seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
In this final stage, autoclave-steamed cakes are adeptly sorted, palletized, and packed by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment. They are then transported to the storage yard, ready to meet the demands of our customers with unmatched quality and reliability.
