AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of cutting-edge autoclaved aerated coagulation products, we utilize a blend of superior raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, complemented by aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to ensure excellence in every batch.
This section is expertly designed for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal conditions for the next stages of production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the pivotal heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovative processes come to life.
Here, we craft the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging. The section also boasts advanced automatic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is the essential foundation for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, integrating innovative techniques for optimal results.
Designed for the creation of steel mesh cages critical to autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section incorporates manual and automatic mesh hanging alongside sophisticated circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via the turning crane. This is followed by the precise placement on the cutting car, where the final product takes shape through a series of side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
After cutting, the ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing the process with precision and care.
5.Autoclaving Section
Through a seamless operation, the assembled cakes are transported into the tank for rigorous pressure maintenance, executed by the traction mechanism and ferry cart strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave, the brilliantly cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and gently transported to the finishing line, ready for packaging.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once expertly steamed, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and packaged with precision. They are then conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
