1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the world of innovation with our Raw Material Processing Section. Here, we meticulously handle essential ingredients: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), to ensure top-notch quality in autoclaved aerated coagulation production.
This crucial section masterfully manages the processing and storage of raw materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of our operations, this core section is dedicated to crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, we fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Enjoy seamless integration with manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the smooth, automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Once again, we find ourselves at the core of high-quality production, with a focus on creating superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section ensures precision in making steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, offering both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Experience precision cutting as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by the crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car, ensuring comprehensive side, horizontal, and vertical cutting of the product.
Final touches are applied on the ground turning table, effectively removing and recycling any corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is methodically handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring flawless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, courtesy of our front traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Upon curing completion, these superior autoclave products are deftly transported by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Streamlined efficiency in action: Post-steaming, cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and swiftly transported to the storage yard, thanks to our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
