1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for these slabs, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh features along with the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product's cutting and molding are completed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is further processed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart for constant pressure maintenance.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are removed by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
