1.Raw Material Processing Section

In the fascinating world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we employ a selection of premium raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more. These materials are meticulously chosen to ensure top-tier quality.

This section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of these vital raw materials, setting the foundation for superior product quality.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring consistent excellence in every slab.

Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the strength of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

This section plays a crucial role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, overseeing key stages to maintain high standards.

It focuses on the production of necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), encompassing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, and the efficient automatic circulation of assembly frames.

4.Cutting section

In this innovative section, the mold frame loaded with the billet is expertly demudded by the crane. The blank is then precisely placed on the cutting car where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, forming the product to perfection.

The cutting process is completed with precision, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste through the ground turning table.
Post waste removal, the blank body is meticulously marshalled by the crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless flow to the next stages.

5.Autoclaving section

In this section, assembled cakes embark on a journey into the autoclaves. They are carefully maintained under constant pressure by a traction mechanism, ensuring optimal curing.

Once cured, these high-quality products are pulled from the autoclave by the ferry cart, ready to be seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Emerging from the autoclave, the steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach you in pristine condition.
