1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials integral to autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring a high-quality foundation for every block.
This section is devoted to the precise processing and meticulous storage of all raw materials, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and consistency in the final product.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section is indispensable for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, thus ensuring unparalleled structural integrity and durability.
This division fabricates the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another essential section, pivotal for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal pre-curing conditions.
This area fabricates the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, showcasing both manual and automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame holding the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car for exact side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss and maximum efficiency.
Following this, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance through the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring uniform curing and top-tier quality.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are meticulously extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced equipment, ensuring they reach customers in pristine condition.
