AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production. Here, we meticulously fine-tune top-quality raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to perfection.
This crucial phase is dedicated to the expert processing and systematic storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This powerhouse segment propels our production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, we artfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing a harmonious blend of manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, all seamlessly integrated with an automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our operation, pivotal in crafting top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we skillfully create the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, along with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this juncture, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to shape the final product.
The ground turning table is vital in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring the cut body is completed with precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is dexterously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car to achieve perfect results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous care, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining optimal pressure for impeccable outcomes.
Once the curing process is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and carefully packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, all made possible by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.

To ensure machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
