1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section handles the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) hanging of mesh and the automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with manual (automatic) hanging of mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with billet body is demudded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product is shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are moved into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves, followed by the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are then pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after being separated.
