1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated concrete production typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and other essential components.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for the efficient production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment facilitates the fabrication of steel mesh (or mesh cages), essential for the structural integrity of autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh handling and an advanced system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another crucial section for the manufacturing of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This stage involves the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated automatic circulation system of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is rotated and de-molded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed onto the cutting car. The product undergoes precise cutting and molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
After cutting, the cut body is transferred to a ground turning table that removes and recycles corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is handled by a marshalling crane and a ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using a traction mechanism and a ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
After curing in the autoclave, the finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for distribution.
