AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation process predominantly include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste. These components are carefully selected and expertly blended to achieve the desired product quality.
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and systematic storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, playing a vital role in the creation of durable and reliable slabs.
This segment is integral for crafting the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It seamlessly integrates manual (or automatic) mesh hanging with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Within this pivotal segment, the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs is expertly managed, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the process.
This area is utilized for crafting the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It combines manual (or automatic) mesh hanging with efficient automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes a seamless demudding by the turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting shapes the final product.
The cut body is efficiently managed by the ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste, optimizing resource utilization.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane, in conjunction with the marshalling ferry car, completes the processing of the blank body, readying it for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The thoroughly assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for precise constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned upfront, ensuring optimal curing results.
Products cured in the autoclave are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finish line, where they are prepared for packaging, presenting a polished final product.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are systematically sorted, expertly palletized, and efficiently packed before being transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
