AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the foundational stages of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously handle premium-grade raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with utmost precision.
This critical section is devoted to the exact processing and organized storage of our core raw materials, ensuring quality at every step.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the core powerhouse of our operations, propelling the creation of outstanding autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this hub, we skillfully assemble the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, alongside an effortless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the cornerstone of our production process, crucial for the creation of superior quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product.
The ground turning table is pivotal in the meticulous removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with exceptional finesse.
After waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly ushered into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the meticulously crafted cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and thorough packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.

Our robust metal plate processing capabilities are highlighted by a powerful 2000-ton hydraulic press. For superior machining precision, we utilize a vertical machining center from Taiwan, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a state-of-the-art horizontal machining center.
