1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials fundamental to autoclaved aerated coagulation production are meticulously selected to include sand (fly ash), premium lime, top-grade cement, high-quality gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is devoted to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these high-quality raw materials, ensuring optimal readiness for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with exceptional standards.
This section expertly fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame to ensure efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is critical for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and quality.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely positioned on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then efficiently managed by the ground turning table, which ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste effectively.
Subsequently, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for the final stages of processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank, where consistent pressure is maintained using the sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclaved products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then seamlessly transported to the storage yard using our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment.
