1.Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated concrete production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others, each playing a vital role in the creation of these sustainable building materials.

This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and reliable storage of the essential raw materials, setting the foundation for high-quality production.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.

In this crucial phase, we fabricate the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automated mesh hanging along with the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames, ensuring precision and efficiency.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

As another core component of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section excels in creating the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for the process, incorporating both manual and automated mesh hanging, complemented by the automatic circulation of assembly frames.

This stage is instrumental in constructing the steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual (and automatic) mesh hanging as well as the automatic circulation of assembly frames.

4.Cutting section

In this section, the mold frame with the billet body is demoulded using a crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is placed on a cutting cart, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.

The completed cut body is managed via a ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles any scrap corner waste, optimizing material usage.
Once waste removal is finalized, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless production flow.

5.Autoclaving section

In this stage, the assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance by a sophisticated traction mechanism, followed by a ferry cart system, paving the way for flawless curing.

After curing, the autoclave-treated products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transitioned to the final product packaging section, ready for distribution.

6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging

Upon completion of the steaming process, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. Our advanced packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready and pristine for delivery.
