1.Raw Material Processing Section: The essential first step in creating exceptional AAC blocks.
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), each selected for its unique properties that contribute to the superior quality of the final product.
This section facilitates the meticulous processing and optimal storage of raw materials, ensuring every component is perfect before production begins.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Revolutionizing production with unparalleled precision and efficiency.
&Circulation: Achieving flawless consistency in every mesh produced, thanks to cutting-edge automated systems.
This section is the heart of the production line, where the meticulous crafting of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs truly comes to life.
This section is dedicated to the precise creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, encompassing manual (automatic) hanging mesh and seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section: The pivotal phase where the foundation is laid for robust AAC slabs.
This section serves as the core of our production line, ensuring that every slab is crafted with precision and care.
Responsible for the creation of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section: Precision cutting tailored for perfection, shaping each block with meticulous accuracy.
The mold frame, cradling the billet body, is gently demudded by the crane's deft maneuvering. The blank body, side plate intact, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes flawless side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to shape the product.
The cut body undergoes the ground turning table process, meticulously removing and recycling corner waste to promote sustainability.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and smoothly transitioned by the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section: Where precision meets science, solidifying the integrity of each AAC block.
The meticulously assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the autoclave tank by the traction mechanism. The process is carefully synchronized by the ferry cart, ensuring constant pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart, ready for transition to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products: Culminating in excellence, each block emerges ready for its journey.
Classification&Packaging: Precision-defined for seamless organization and dispatch.
The freshly steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packaged, and efficiently transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, following precise separation protocols.
