1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands at the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, encompassing both manual and advanced automatic hanging mesh processes, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another vital section for producing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This area focuses on creating steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating manual and automatic hanging mesh systems with the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by the turning crane. The billet body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect form.
The cut body is then processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are efficiently transferred into the autoclave chamber for constant pressure maintenance by a sophisticated traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are pulled out by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are carefully sorted, palletized, packed, and transported by advanced packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for market.
