1. Raw Material Processing Section

The initial step in creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete involves the meticulous processing of raw materials, which typically includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder or paste.

This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless production process.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation

As the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures the creation of robust and durable products.

This segment is tasked with crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, and it manages the manual or automatic hanging mesh, along with the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section

Integral to the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this core section ensures quality and consistency.

It supports the creation of a sturdy steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the plates, plus it facilitates manual or automated hanging mesh with efficient assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the mold frame, filled with billet body, undergoes demudding by a turning crane. The blank body and side plate are placed on a cutting car where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts achieve precision shaping.

A ground turning table flawlessly completes the cut body, ensuring all corner waste is removed and recycled efficiently.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, preparing it for subsequent processes.

5. Autoclaving Section

Using advanced traction mechanisms, assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank for constant pressure treatment, facilitated by the ferry cart mechanism at its forefront.

Once the curing process is complete, the ferry cart effortlessly extracts the finished products, swiftly transporting them to the packaging section for final touches.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Cakes, after emerging from the autoclave, are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and transportation equipment, ensuring pristine condition.
