AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential backbone of autoclaved aerated coagulation production comprises sand (often sourced from the versatile fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, alongside aluminum powder or paste. Each element plays a crucial role in the integrity and sustainability of the final product.
This critical phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of all raw materials, ensuring they are primed and ready to contribute to the high-quality manufacturing of AAC products.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the beating heart of the process, pivotal for crafting long-lasting and durable autoclaved aerated concrete slabs that define excellence in construction.
Essential for crafting the steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this segment incorporates both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring quality and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A pivotal juncture in the creation of premium-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and care in the process curtail any compromise on the final product's durability.
This section is devoted to the precise fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It encompasses both manual and automatic mesh hanging, with the assembly framework's automated circulation defining the stage's sophistication.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding courtesy of a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing a comprehensive precision-cutting process—lateral, horizontal, and vertical—to mold the product into its desired form.
The process concludes with the ground turning table, facilitating the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body, optimizing both environmental and economic sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the subsequent phase of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are precisely transported into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance. This is achieved by a precision-driven traction mechanism complemented by an efficient ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions and product integrity.
Once autoclaving is complete, the cured products are extracted with meticulous care from the autoclave by the ferry cart. They are then seamlessly transported to the final product packaging section, ready to meet the world.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly steamed cakes from the autoclave undergo meticulous sorting, palletization, and expert packing. They are then moved to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of quality and readiness.
