1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include premium sand (fly ash), high-calcium lime, top-quality cement, pure gypsum, and fine aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of these high-grade raw materials, ensuring the highest standards in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is crucial for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh processes within a seamless automatic circulation framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section essential for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on quality and consistency.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring precision and efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the high-quality billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve accurate dimensions.
The precisely cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently, maintaining a clean and sustainable process.
Subsequently, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for final processing, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring perfect curing.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach the end-user in perfect condition.
