1.Raw Material Processing Section
Within the autoclaved aerated coagulation production, we utilize a carefully selected blend of raw materials which primarily includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, along with aluminum powder or paste to achieve optimal results.
This section plays a crucial role in the meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials, ensuring the finest quality for production.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This integral section serves as the pivotal hub for crafting the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and efficiency in production.
Here, we expertly fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automated hanging. The seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame further enhances productivity.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This section stands at the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring exceptional quality and uniformity.
We manufacture the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the dependable autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging processes. The automatic circulation of the assembly frame boosts operational efficiency.
4.Cutting section
Using a crane for seamless demudding, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is expertly guided onto the cutting car. Here, side, horizontal, and vertical cutting mold the product to perfection.
The ground turning table deftly completes the cutting process, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car work in harmony to finalize the blank body, readying it for the next stage.
5.Autoclaving section
Skillfully assembled cakes are seamlessly ushered into the tank, where they're sustained under constant pressure, thanks to the traction mechanism and ferry cart positioned before the autoclaves.
Following autoclave curing, the ferry cart adeptly retrieves the finished products, transporting them efficiently to the packaging section for final handling.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Once steamed and ready, the cakes are meticulously sorted, efficiently palletized, and securely packed. Our innovative packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard, ensuring safe delivery.
