AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the intriguing realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the key raw materials encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is masterfully crafted for the meticulous handling and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This part acts as the pulsating core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial section where innovation seamlessly blends with precision.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process involves smooth manual (or automatic) mesh management and an advanced system for the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section plays an essential role in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where the transformation into a tangible product takes place.
In this vibrant setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is conducted with precision. It includes both manual and automatic mesh management, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
This is where engineering magnificence unfolds, as the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve perfect molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is expertly managed by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is deftly managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, culminating this stage with grace and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the tank for sustained pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, drawn out by the ferry cart and effortlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, primed for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Newly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes embark on a rigorous journey of sorting, palletizing, packing, and seamless transportation to the storage yard. This process is masterfully conducted by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
