AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of impeccable autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in our choice of raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These essential elements are meticulously selected and blended to perfection.
This vital section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and impeccable storage of the raw materials, ensuring the highest quality right from the start.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heart of the production process, where we meticulously craft autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision and expertise.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) takes place, a critical component for our high-quality aerated concrete plates. Whether manual or automatic, the hanging mesh and assembly frame circulation is conducted with utmost efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section stands as the heart of the production process, where we meticulously craft autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision and expertise.
Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) takes place, a critical component for our high-quality aerated concrete plates. Whether manual or automatic, the hanging mesh and assembly frame circulation is conducted with utmost efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, burdened with the billet body, undergoes a seamless demudding process via the turning crane. The blank body, joined with the side plate, is then meticulously placed on the cutting car, achieving perfect product shaping through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The ground turning table ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste, maintaining sustainability and efficiency.
Once waste removal is completed, the blank body is precisely managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, upholding the production's flow and integrity.
5. Autoclaving Section
The carefully assembled cakes are introduced into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, propelled by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, directly in front of our state-of-the-art autoclaves.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are adeptly extracted by the ferry cart, making their way to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the autoclave process, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed with state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard, ready to meet the world.
