1.Raw Material Processing Section

Within the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our selection of raw materials is impeccable, featuring sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (inclusive of aluminum paste), ensuring unparalleled quality.

This integral section masterfully handles the processing and meticulous storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for superior production.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

The heart of our operation, this core segment orchestrates the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.

Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted with precision, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

As a pivotal part of our production, this vital section ensures the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, offering an expert touch.

Expertly designed for crafting steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section manages both manual and automatic mesh hanging and facilitates smooth automatic assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting Section

In a display of engineering excellence, the mold frame containing the billet body is deftly demudded by the crane, placing it on the cutting car for precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, crafting the product to perfection.

Following the cut, the innovative ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing the process with finesse.

5.Autoclaving Section

With engineering prowess, the assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, in front of the autoclaves.

Upon completion, the autoclave-cured products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned into the finished product packaging section.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes are expertly categorized, palletized, and packaged, utilizing state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment for pristine transportation to the storage yard, ensuring unmatched product integrity.
