1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production utilizes premium-grade raw materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), ensuring high-quality blocks.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is essential for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring both manual and automatic mesh handling, as well as the automated circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame with the billet body is demudded using a turning crane, the blank body along with the side plate is positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.
The cut body is further processed on the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Subsequently, the blank body undergoes final processing by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring perfect assembly.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the advanced traction mechanisms in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
Post autoclave curing, the products are carefully pulled out by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The fully processed cakes, having exited the autoclave, are sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then conveyed efficiently to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and transport equipment.
