AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation, premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) come into play.
This essential section handles the meticulous processing and storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section plays a crucial role.
This segment expertly crafts steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for the concrete plates, including both manual and automated mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
A vital part of the construction of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section ensures precision and quality.
It is dedicated to producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the concrete plates, supporting both manual and automatic mesh handling alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame loaded with the billet is demudded by the crane. The billet and side plate are then placed on the cutting car, achieving product molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body's formation.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are ushered into tanks via the front traction mechanism and ferry cart for a controlled pressure maintenance.
Upon curing, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging zone.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged before being transferred to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying systems.
