1. Raw Material Processing Section
Explore the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we meticulously handle premium materials like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) with precision and care.
This essential section is dedicated to the precise processing and systematic storage of our key raw materials, ensuring top-quality input for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heartbeat of our facility, propelling the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled efficiency.
Here, we skillfully craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing a blend of manual and automated mesh hanging technologies, complemented by a smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
At the core of production, this section is vital for fabricating superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
This is where we construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, paired with seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product with perfection.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with unmatched precision.
After waste removal, the blank body is meticulously handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision and care, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining a steady pressure for impeccable results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and smoothly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo thorough sorting, palletizing, and careful packing. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment then transports them to the storage yard efficiently.
