AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our superior autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in meticulously selected raw materials, which typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) among others.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the intricate processing and secure storage of raw materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Within this essential section, lies the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we expertly craft the crucial steel mesh (also known as mesh cages) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This section is equipped for both manual and automatic hanging mesh, seamlessly integrating with the automatic assembly frame circulation process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section remains integral to the effective production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It expertly handles the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating manual (or automatic) hanging mesh and automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this sophisticated stage, the mold frame, laden with the billet body, undergoes a meticulous demudding process via a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, alongside its side plate, is skillfully positioned on the cutting car, where it is precisely molded through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The finely cut body is then adeptly handled by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, promoting sustainability.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly organized and transported by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this advanced phase, assembled cakes are methodically introduced into the tank, where they are maintained under constant pressure by a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart, situated before the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the finished products, seamlessly transporting them to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steam-cured cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring that they reach their destination in pristine condition.
