1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production encompass sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) among others.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is integral to the production of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is another core section crucial for the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage), manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is meticulously de-mudded by the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The section also ensures the removal and recycling of corner waste through the ground turning table.
Subsequently, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car once the waste is removed.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of it.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
