1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in the autoclaved aerated concrete production process typically include sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication & Circulation
This pivotal section focuses on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cages) required for AAC plates are manufactured. This includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is crucial for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is here that the steel mesh (or mesh cages) for AAC plates are constructed, with processes for both manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car. The product is shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
After cutting, the blank body is processed by a ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste materials.
Post waste removal, the blank body is completed by the marshalling crane and ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the products are pulled out by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
