1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process employs key raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This stage focuses on the preparation and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This phase is crucial for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This includes both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another vital phase in producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the slabs, as well as the manual (automatic) mesh hanging and automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is de-molded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is set on the cutting car. Side, horizontal, and vertical cutting methods shape the product.
The ground turning table removes and recycles corner waste from the cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for further processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are moved into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and delivered to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment.
