AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey of creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete begins with meticulously selected raw materials: sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This vital section ensures the careful processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section stands as the epicenter of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, coordinating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring foundational structural integrity.
We meticulously produce the necessary steel mesh (or mesh cage) for concrete plates, managing both manual and automated mesh hanging with flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, laden with billet, undergoes precision demudding by a turning crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is adeptly positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve the final product form.
The cut product is then managed by the ground turning table which efficiently removes and recycles corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the billet is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car for seamless processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The precisely assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave, where the traction mechanism and ferry cart ensure a constant pressure maintenance, delivering superior quality.
Post-autoclaving, the products are withdrawn and conveyed to the finished product packaging section by the ferry cart, ready for delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed, the cakes are sorted, palletized, meticulously packed, and transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
