AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process begins with the careful selection of raw materials, typically sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This section expertly handles the intricate processing and secure storage of these essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This crucial section is pivotal for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Dedicated to the creation of steel mesh (or mesh cages) necessary for the slabs, this section ensures precision in manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As a central component, this section is vital for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Responsible for the preparation of steel mesh (mesh cages) needed for the concrete plates, this area excels in both manual and automatic mesh handling, alongside efficient assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
The precision-loaded mold frame with billet body undergoes a meticulous demudding process via crane turning. This is followed by an expert placement on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are performed to achieve perfect product molding.
Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body ensures efficient removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car for optimal completion.
5.Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank by the advanced traction mechanism, maintaining constant pressure. The process is supported by the strategic positioning of the ferry cart.
Upon completion of the curing process, the autoclave releases the finished products, which are expertly moved to the packaging section by the ferry cart.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the steaming process, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment then efficiently transports these ready-for-market products to the storage yard.
