AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the sophisticated production of autoclaved aerated concrete, the essential raw materials typically comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This pivotal section facilitates the seamless processing and efficient storage of all raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of the production journey, where autoclaved aerated concrete slabs take form.
Here, we craft the crucial steel mesh (or mesh cage) for the concrete plates, expertly managing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is instrumental in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the fabrication of essential steel mesh cages for the concrete plates, efficiently managing manual and automatic mesh hanging as well as seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
With precision, the mold frame cradling the billet is deftly demudded via a crane. The blank, accompanied by a side plate, is skillfully placed on the cutting car, undergoing side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect product molding.
Once cut, the ground-turning table effectively removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring streamlined progression.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, the meticulously assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and accompanying ferry cart.
Post-cure, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the finished products from the autoclave, transporting them to the final packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon completion of autoclaving, the products are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then conveyed by our state-of-the-art packaging and transport systems to the storage yard, ensuring pristine delivery.
