AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our cutting-edge autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves essential raw materials, notably sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This integral section efficiently handles the processing and secure storage of all raw materials, ensuring a continuous and smooth production workflow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of our production line, dedicated to crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we expertly construct the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques alongside a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial in our operation, forming the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It ensures the creation of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates through manual or automatic methods, complemented by an efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame carrying the billet body undergoes precision demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then expertly positioned on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving the perfect product mold.
The ground turning table adeptly completes the process by removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
Subsequent to waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Here, assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave tanks for consistent pressure maintenance, utilizing advanced traction mechanisms and a precise ferry cart system.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are systematically extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the final packaging section, ready for market delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the steamed cakes undergo thorough sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
